The folks at IPCybercrime were the first to bring you test purchases from online sellers back in the 1990's. When no one else had a clue what was going on, we were making hundreds of test purchases a month. IPCybercrime covertly makes test purchases from online sellers and, as a result, processes them for use in intellectual property cases all over the United States. In addition to inventing it, we also revolutionized the entire process of making test purchases. In contrast to all the others, we created the world's first computer program to track online buys. Each of our test purchases comes complete with a LitPak® which has been tested 100% effective in thousands of federal cases. Decades ago, the LitPak® was borne of the need of a “litigation packet” to make our clients’ lives easier when digital document compilation and presentation was not understood by most. Therefore, the LitPak® has become the standard for all test purchases submitted to federal court.
Track Record Matters
We have the #1 track record in all United States federal courts for test purchases stipulated by opposing counsel. The nice thing is that this doesn't apply to any one court district. It applies to all of them! Additionally, we have undercover identities set up all over the nation. This does not only give the ability to buy repeatedly from the same suspects without being caught. It also creates a local presence for service of counterfeiters everywhere. We are the investigative agency responsible for the landmark case Louis Vuitton Malletier, S.A. v. Mosseri. This case was the first to establish personal jurisdiction based on online test purchases and in-court testimony. Almost a decade later, our involvement in LV v. Mosseri is still the most cited when proving jurisdiction for test purchases. Since this is the case, why would you not hire the most cited and celebrated firm in US Courts?
Our CEO Rob Holmes was the heart of every landmark case that involved test purchases in federal court for counterfeit goods? Rob Holmes' testimony in federal court was what caused the judges to make their decisions in most of those cases. Above all, you just need to show up with an IPCybercrime LitPak® and you are solid gold. Nothing in the history of the legal or investigative professions has been this simple. It's almost unfair to the other side! Whether the evidence you want to acquire is from a stand-alone site, an auction site, a classified ad or a B2B seller. We can get the job done the way it should be done. We set the standard and remain #1.

What is a LitPak®?
A LitPak® is a website analysis report featuring written information and backup documentation relating to findings in connection with private investigative services. In the early 2000′s we realized how much documentation we had been compiling for our clients in our numerous Internet cases. We compiled the data using Portable Document Format (PDF) technology and presented a one=page report with the backup documents assembled it into one convenient electronic file. The term LitPak® was borne of the massive need for the invention of a “litigation packet” to make our clients’ lives easier. Beginning this practice in 2001, we believe we were one of the first investigative firms providing our reports electronically as our primary format. This would not only count us among the most innovative investigative agencies, but environmentally conscious as well.
Our world-famous LitPak® has been key to many major landmark court cases including:
In fact, the least expensive LitPak® is our First Responder WebSite Analysis™ which is priced at only $50 and includes a Raw Ping™ of the subject’s IP address, subpoena information for the subject’s current Internet Service Provider, and other ‘found data’ (screenshots included) which will be imperative to begin any Internet case.
