IPCybercrime is a boutique firm providing investigations and consulting to corporations and their attorneys in the field of Intellectual Property Rights and the Internet. Since 1982, we have been investigating intellectual property theft and, since 1995, we have been the trailblazers in doing so online. What sets us apart from the rest is our years of intellectual property experience, superior investigative research capabilities, and an unparalleled knowledge of cyberspace and the mind of the cybercriminal.
We are popular leaders in the investigative, cybercrime and intellectual property communities. Many private and government agencies now seek our advice and emulate our approaches. We have been involved in some of the most influential cases of our time in relation to IP Cybercrime.
IPCybercrime has a fully-staffed web forensics data collection & analysis team on premises at our Dallas Headquarters. Each staff member is not only vetted by our firm and adjoined to our license and insurance, but each has received background checks by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). All members of our team are trained hands-on by two of the world’s leading specialists in web forensics, Rob Holmes and Jason Holmes. We also have staff members onsite who speak Mandarin, Cantonese and Spanish. Many of our competitors lack the web forensics expertise in-house, so they outsource this most important work, or hire individuals who claim these abilities. We believe it is absolutely critical that our agency’s principals can train our staff uniformly and also validate and approve all evidence output by our office. We at IPCybercrime work hard to make sure our standard operating procedures adhere to the stringent requirements of both the ANSI 17024 standard and the US DOD Directive 8570 recommended by the Department of Defense (DoD), National Security Agency (NSA) and the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS). At IPCybercrime, we are innovating as fast as the cybercrimals and we make sure privacy, security and chain of custody are never an issue.
