Rob Holmes is Founder & CEO of IPCybercrime.com. Raised in New Jersey in a family of private investigators, Rob worked his first trademark infringement case at the age of twelve. While aspiring as a stand-up comedian in Los Angeles in the early 90s, he was employed at a premiere intellectual property investigative firm. Here, he found himself assigned to investigate a new breed of faceless perpetrators: online infringers. Rob conducted some of the world’s first IP-related Internet investigations, and pioneered the study of the “virtual crime scene”. His regular clients include 20 of the 100 Best Global Brands. He is editor of the blog Knockoff Report and author of the book “Brand Protection Bible” due out in June 2010. Throughout his career, Rob has been sought as an advisor to a wide range of officials and businesspeople. Rob has been featured on television, books, and newspapers; and has been well-received as a speaker on the topic of IP Cybercrime.

Nastassia David, CFO/Human Resources Email | vCard
Nastassia’s first experience in the fashion industry was as a runway/print model in Canada. She subsequently appeared in television commercials and print ads seen worldwide.
Since then, she has built a long resume working for major corporations in Canada & the US in their Human Resource and Finance departments. Since the company’s founding in 2001, Nastassia has been responsible for the strength of the company’s infrastructure, as well as much of its growth.

During childhood, Jason developed his first investigative skills by copying license plates and making undercover buys. He was part of the first civil enforcement programs for many brand owners in the 80’s & 90s, conducting hundreds of civil seizures, C&Ds and surveillance operations. During his first tour in the Navy, Jason served as an assault boat specialist conducting combat support operations in militarized regions all over the US & Europe. After an honorable discharge, he continued his legacy by working at Holmes Hi-Tech NY, implementing the company’s first internet enforcement program and playing an integral part of the NYC street enforcement program. Post 9/11, Jason was implored to enter into service for his country once more. While on active duty he put his skills to use, by working cases for his brother Rob Holmes. As his military career concluded, his investigative career continued as he accepted employment as COO with IPCybercrime.com LLC. Jason brings to our company his extensive managerial background, steadfast commitment to quality and over 15 years of investigative experience.
